Pick a time to tentatively hold a slot, then send a $100 Interac e-Transfer within 12 hours to confirm the booking. No e-Transfer in 12 hours and the slot opens back up — no card on file, no automatic charges.

Your booking isn't confirmed until the e-Transfer arrives
Any slot you book is held tentatively until I receive your $100 e-Transfer. If no payment arrives within 12 hours, the slot is released and someone else can take it.
Once I receive the e-Transfer, the $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Don't book unless you're 100% sure you want the time slot and ready to send the e-Transfer right away.
Contact me for any time slots that are outside normal hours and not listed.
How online booking works
Pick a service and a time, enter your contact info — the slot is held tentatively on my calendar. Nothing is charged at booking and no card goes on file.
Within 12 hours of booking, send a $100 Interac e-Transfer to deposits@fatbastardtattoo.ca. Your appointment date AND time must be in the e-Transfer memo / notes — that's how my system matches the payment to your booking. No date and time in the memo and it won't confirm. Once the e-Transfer lands, your booking is locked in and you'll get a confirmation email automatically.
If no e-Transfer arrives in 12 hours, I release the slot. No charge, no card to clean up — the booking just disappears and you're free to try again another time.
The $100 comes off your final price. The balance is paid in-studio at your appointment — cash, debit, credit, or Interac e-Transfer.
Everything bookable here is a paid session. Free consultations are not bookable online — text (250) 813-1667 so I can confirm the time and put it in the calendar personally. Piercings and out-of-hours times aren't on the online calendar either; text for those too.
Only times inside my normal working hours show up here. If you want a late night, early morning, or a time that isn't listed, don't try to shoehorn it into an online slot — just text and we'll find something that works.
Reschedules and cancellations: 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, up to two reschedules with the deposit carrying over to the new date. Cancel inside 48 hours or no-show and the deposit is forfeited. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice counts as a no-show.
